Forefront Development – Juanice Oldham

Juanice Oldham is the Founder and President of Forefront Development, LLC. Forefront is a progressive general contracting company specializing in commercial construction, construction management and design-build services. Forefront provides services to a variety of sectors, ranging from Hospitality and Commercial Development to Education and Nonprofit. In conjunction with managing the operations at Forefront, Juanice places a high priority on giving back and is focused on making deep impacts in her community. A recent graduate of Valley Leadership’s Class 38, Juanice is passionate about women causes and is involved in many female-driven organizations across The Valley. She currently serves on the board for Arizona State University’s Advancing Women in Construction Program. She is the 2017 chair and 2018 honorary chair for ValleyLife’s Legacy of Love Gala, and former board member for the Phoenix Community ToolBank
