She found CrossFit in 2011 when her life was chaotic & unmanageable & when she realized the positive influence it had, she knew without a doubt that she wanted to provide that same impact for others.
Mary Frances is the co-owner/ operator of CrossFit North Phoenix, where she has been helping people better their lives through fitness & community for nearly four years now. Mary has her BS in Exercise & Wellness, is CrossFit Level II Certified and even, Precision Nutrition Level I Certified!
Her favorite part though? Getting to be a part of that gratifying feeling that accompanies her female clientele when they figure out just how strong they really are. Because of this, she has created a brand called Manicured Meatheads whose mission is to empower women to turn their struggles into their strengths inside & outside of the gym, focusing not only on their physical well-being but working with them to build strength in other key areas of their lives as well.
