Ilios Noche – Kendra Johnson

With knowledge, skill, and determination, Kendra has escalated from a server, bartender, and catering sales manager to the first African- American female General Manager, for Xenia Hospitality at Ilios Noche. Her
objective is to create a healthy and energetic work environment where “employees” are valued as a people as opposed to a number and allowing work to replicate a happy home. She understands the challenges of personages being a free individual in particular work areas. She respectfully accepts her staff and guests by welcoming all personalities from many different backgrounds and encourages them to cultivate and develop a warm atmosphere amongst each other
despite how “different” one may feel. She blissfully embraces the KNOW tribe in hopes to connect with other empowering women who foster her vision of individualism being reinforced in differentiated career paths.
