Nikki Green is the owner and founder of Ave Staffing LLC. Ave Staffing company came to life after Nikki decided to walk away from the corporate world. She knew that she could offer a more personal experience for job seekers and the companies that needed to find the perfect talent. Nikki credits her late mother for inspiring her to fly high and pursue her dreams. Ave means bird in Spanish, so Ave was the perfect name for her new company and a great way to honor her mother. Nikki launched her company in 2017 and has been growing ever since! Nikki finds it most rewarding when her clients tell her that she has placed the perfect match for their organization, or when a candidate says, “I got the job!” She has proven to be a disrupter in the recruiting arena and a total game changer!
