The Biltmore Bank of Arizona – Desirae Outcalt

Desirae Outcalt is an 18-year industry veteran who began her banking career with a local Arizona credit union. Starting out as a teller and eventually leaving the $1.9 billion institution as manager of one of its largest branches in 2006, she became Branch Operations Manager for The Biltmore Bank of Arizona. This role included treasury management, marketing and cash management responsibilities. Today, Biltmore is part of the Grandpoint Bank family, which has grown to a $3.2 billion dollar company, and Desirae serves as Vice President and Relationship Manager, supporting the deposit and lending needs of the bank’s largest clients. Desirae is one of the bank’s senior managers, with a depth of banking experience few people can claim. You can find Desirae in the community lecturing on topics that include cyber security or non-profit fundraising. Most days, Desirae is working to address the deposit and lending needs of companies and business owners throughout Arizona.
