Food, fitness, health and helping people find that balance for themselves is my passion. I have a Culinary Arts degree, hospitality management degree, personal training and fitness nutritionist certifications that all come together to bridge the often wide gap between eating well and living well. I started Living Fit because I saw a need for chef driven ready-to-eat meals that could accommodate any diet or allergy that were made from minimally processed foods. We don’t take any shortcuts like artificial or chemical ingredients to balance out nutrients. We do that through the cooking methods we have refined including making our own stock and brining in house. We also go one step further and can offer personal nutrition coaching and planning as well as personal training and periodized training plans.
