Charlotte, NC. Since 2003, InnerVision has been Mecklenburg County’s #1 provider of psychiatric rehabilitation services, specializing in the areas of employment, education and life management for individuals with trauma, mental health and addictions challenges. Dr. Nicholas is a social scientist andentrepreneur  whose expertise has helped corporations maximize their creative and emotional intelligence. Dr. Nicholas has worked with the Center for Creative Leadership, colleges and universities across the globe and is a member of the Women Presidents’ Organization. Dr. Nicholas is the recipient of numerous awards, including the National Alliance on Mental Illness Professional of the Year, Enterprising Woman of the Year, SmartCEO and recently recognized as one of the 12 Most Influential Women of Color in NC.
