Born and raised on a Wisconsin dairy farm, Gena Johnson’s first design project was coordinating her pencil case with her dress for her first day of grade school. She went on to earn a BA in Interior Design with an emphasis on commercial design and furniture. In a career spanning over three decades, Gena has won numerous awards which are a testament to her dedication and ability to satisfy and delight clients by working closely with them from project start to finish. While keeping clients’ wants, needs and desires in mind she has designed, implemented and created functional, as well as aesthetically pleasing environments for companies ranging in size from 5 – 5,000 employees. After moving to the Valley in 2009, Gena founded IN 2 Design, LLCwith a focus on healthcare and senior living. Her passion for design has transformed her clients’ facilities into environments of warmth and beauty while creating exceptional value for her clients and increasing their bottom line.
