Kristy Siefkin is an Emmy-nominated reporter and evening weather anchor for Fox 10 News. Her unique ability to both educate and entertain has made her a favorite with valley viewers, earning her the title “Best Weather Personality” in several valley publications. When Kristy’s not busy chasing Monsoon storms, she’s chasing compelling stories; reporting on everything from medical breakthroughs to political debates to the environmental concerns. Kristy’s career in television began in San Francisco, where she worked as a video journalist and weather anchor. There she covered several national stories, including the end of “Don’t Ask, Don’t Tell” and the Occupy Wall Street Movement. Prior to her career in broadcasting, Kristy was a national spokeswoman, corporate trainer, and multimedia producer for the AKC and Guide Dogs for the Blind. Kristy graduated Summa Cum Laude from Duke University with a BA in Psychology and holds an MA in Multimedia Communications from the Academy of Art University in San Francisco. When the studio lights are off, Kristy loves to volunteer with youth and animal charities, test recipes from Bon Appétit, and cheer on her Duke Blue Devils.
