Self-taught with an eye for design, Taryn Bruck never thought she would be so involved in the overall transformation of the historic Armature Works building. Growing up, she competitively showed horses which she credits the innate
desire to be fully immersed in a challenge, giving the project her best efforts and enjoying the progress every step of the way.
Taryn’s role as Owner, Operator and Designer has evolved over time in which she currently manages and is involved in all aspects of the building. She is also the Owner and Manager of A.W. Mercantile, the only retail vendor within Heights Public Market. The boutique shop showcases unique and elegant local makers and brands with purpose.
Taryn, a University of South Florida graduate, has a sales and marketing background. She lives with her husband and two young children in Tampa.
