3×3 Condo Management – Elaina Kutz

Ms. Kutz has always been a strong female leader in male dominated industries. Some say she likes the challenge. Some say she finds her niche in the more aggressive sectors. Others say she is just plain crazy. While her background varies from psychology to government to condo management, she never did figure out how to just sit still or what she wants to be when she grows up. Raised in Calgary, both parents were self-employed entrepreneurs. So, when they say the apple doesn’t fall far from the tree, it’s quite true. Her current endeavour is to capture the small to medium size condo management market and provide effective, efficient and friendly service to those who require it. 3×3 entered the Calgary area as a sassy alternative to an industry that could use a shake-up. It’s only been a few years, but the management industry has definitely been shaken, not stirred.
