Eden Simari is an award winning mortgage professional with over 15 years in the mortgage lending industry. She has extensive experience in mortgage underwriting, risk management, business development and customer service. Eden is passionate about the mortgage industry and sharing her knowledge with clients to help them realize their financial and home ownership dreams.Eden’s experience includes over 10 years with one of Canada’s leading lenders, First National Financial LP. She was nominated three times for a Canadian Mortgage Professional Award. In 2015, she was honored with the Canadian Business Development award for her dedication to her clients and the mortgage industry. This year, Eden received the honor of being nominated as a Finalist for Canada’s Best Mortgage Broker at the 2018 CMP Awards. Eden also serves as a Board Member of Community Key –a local charity founded to help families carry the costs of mortgage or rent payments during times when they are caring for a critically injured or terminally ill child.
