Soon after, her dedication to her culinary education, both as a student and apprentice, along- side her renowned creativity caused her repertoire to flourish within the industry. Chef Jordan brings a direct approach to cooking and affinity for fresh, seasonal, market-sourced ingredients. Resulting in refined contemporary cuisine, which is approachable yet innovative, rustic yet refined. Outside of the kitchen Jordan is a respected philanthropist who works with, as well, has piloted multiple projects which allows her to channel her culinary expertise for the aid of those in need. Simultaneously, Jordan continues to advocate for Women at Work initiatives across the province.
