Tracy’s interest in nutrition and healthy living was instilled by her parents, who taught her the importance of eating right and staying active. Her passion for health and wellness, combined with her experience in business management and marketing, served as the perfect recipe to develop a new food concept.
Fresco Foods Inc. was founded by Tracy and her husband, Rob. They created Eat Fresco to re-invent packaged food
products, focusing on fresh food and local production.
Tracy is committed to the Eat Fresco brand promise to elevate the standard for prepared foods. All natural, clean ingredients are sourced exclusively to produce food consumers can feel good about eating, without sacrificing
their time or energy.
As the company grows, its food donations increase, impacting the fight against hunger. Partnerships with major
retailers such as Publix Super Markets are underway; hopefully bringing Eat Fresco throughout Florida and eventually, nation-wide.
