With over twenty-five years of nonprofit experience, Turman has positioned her company, Catalyst Consulting Services as the “go to company” for increasing the impact, best practices and sustainability of nonprofits throughout the Southeast. She has raised and given over $60 million for the Tampa Bay community through her professional
and personal philanthropic efforts. Turman serves on the Board of Directors for the Arts Council of Hillsborough County, Donate Life America and the Association of Fundraising Professionals. For over 17 years, she has mentored women at various stages in their career to help them navigate the soft and hard skills necessary to achieve their
goals. Turman is also the author of Jumping the Queue: Achieving Great Things Before You’re Ready, which
is a resource for millennial women to create their own road map for personal and professional fulfillment.
Turman is a third generation Floridian who resides in South Tampa with her husband Eric and two sons Matthew and Nicholas.
