How To Create or Claim a Tribe Profile

Creating a Profile

1. To create a profile, go to the ‘join tribe‘ page.2. Scroll to ‘join the tribe’ and choose your package.3. After you’re done customizing your profile, at the bottom of the page choose ‘Create an Account’.4. Click ‘preview’.5. If you need to make changes, in the bottom right of the window choose ‘Edit Listing’. If everything looks good, choose ‘Submit Listing’.6. On this page, you will review your package, and when you are ready to pay, choose ‘proceed to checkout’ by clicking on ‘stripe’ button.7. A pop up window will appear for you to enter your credit card information to start your subscription.

Claiming a Profile

If you are a member of  the KNOW, we will initially create your profile for you. To claim the profile so you can configure it to your liking, take the following steps.

1. To claim a profile, simply create a user account by clicking the user icon in the upper right of the screen/menu.2. From the ‘Sign Up’ tab, create an account.3. You will receive a confirmation email to confirm your account details.4. A team member will be notified and review your request. Once we verify your account manually, we will assign your tribe profile to your user account and you will receive an email notification. Please allow up to 2 business days for us to process your request.5. At this point, when you return to the site and login you will have access to your user dashboard by hovering over the user icon.6. From your dashboard, you will be able to choose ‘My Listings’, and your business profile will appear in the list.
