You are invited to a Self-Defense and Empowerment Workshop lead by fellow KNOW Elite Member, Jade Hwang. Jade is a martial arts master and the Head Coach of the United States National Taekwon-Do Team. This workshop aims to equip you with realistic tools and knowledge to enhance your situational awareness and basic self-defense skills. As high achieving business women we understand the importance of being proactive and we must apply this mentality to our personal safety and well-being.

Workshop Highlights: Situational Awareness Training: Learn how to assess and respond to everyday situations with heightened awareness, empowering you to make informed decisions about your safety.

Realistic Self-Defense Techniques: Get hands-on training in fundamental self-defense techniques for all skill levels.

Empowerment Exercises: Put your skills to the test and leave with the tools to continue leveling up your personal safety! This event is open to members and non-members so grab your gal pals and secure your spot.
