Takeaways from Andrea:Â
1. What she loved about business school. “The great thing about business school is you can create systems and different processes and ideas, but you meet some amazing people as well across the country and across the world.“
2. An idea was born. “While I was at business school, the idea for Bailey Brown Business Consulting came up and got even stronger because I specialized in management consulting, because I knew I wanted to now take everything I’ve used to grow all my businesses and help other people to do the same. That idea came in my first … I got a really big contract through the franchise.”
3. Huge accomplishments ” I’m a multi-franchise owner with Jiffy Lube, and that has now been for 12 years. Over the 12 years, we have owned 5 different locations and have revenues over $20 million annually.”
Follow Your Calling: “[My story]Â has a few twists and turns, but sometimes I think that’s what it’s all about. It’s following your calling and doing what feels right for you at different stages in your life and deciding when it’s time to make that next shift and make that change.“
