Following a nomination and interview process, these women entrepreneurs, executives, creatives, and philanthropists have not only grown their dreams, but have created boundless opportunities for the next generation of female leaders. These women exemplify what it means to be high-achieving and ambitious on the next level and continue to pour into their communities as they do so.

Janet Cussler graduated Boston College receiving degrees in Fine and Applied Arts and Art History. In New York, Janet began her career in publishing. Joining the fashion industry, Janet provided marketing, advertising and public relations. She worked for International Management Group, representing famous people for licensing and franchising. Janet returned to her roots and as a high school teacher taught art, art history and photography. Having a family, Janet entered the family business in plastic injection molding. Moving to Arizona in 2002, Janet took her college majors and her business experience and began consulting for art galleries. In 2005, Janet met and married author, Clive Cussler, and car enthusiast. Janet shared Clive’s passion for antique cars. Today, she owns over 40 pre-war automobiles housed at the Janet Cussler Car Collection. The Collection is a unique event space in Scottsdale.
