Theresa Backes is a former fashion Senior Executive leading companies such as Francesca’s Collections, David’s Bridal, and Banana Republic. Shortly after retiring, Theresa decided to pursue her passion to improve the lives of her community by becoming a Wellness and Nutritional Counselor. She received her certification from Cornell University and founded Backes Wellness in mid-2022. Theresa is passionate to help women live longer and healthier lives.
