Natalie McGradyCargill

Natalie McGrady is a well-rounded Strategic Sourcing Professional with expertise in Indirect Sourcing Process, Tools and Technology Applications. Natalie is a graduate of Hampton University and holds a degree in Accounting. Today, Natalie is leading Cargill’s Supplier Diversity efforts by working to bring sustainable, repeatable world-class processes to Cargill. At Cargill, Natalie works with Internal Stakeholders to develop short and long-term strategies related to Growth, Inclusion and Advocacy for Diverse Suppliers. Part of her responsibilities are to manages key relationships with external sources that help to enhance Cargill’s program as well as engage with Industry Peers. Furthermore, she is partnering with Cargill’s Global Inclusion & Diversity Teams to align workforce, community and supplier efforts.

 

What advice would you give your younger self?

Always try something new. Don’t be afraid of hearing no.
