Melinda Browning | Civic Center Pharmacy
Melinda Browning is an accomplished and dedicated pharmacy industry leader with a 25-year track record of excellence. As Chief Officer of Customer Experience at Civic Center Pharmacy, Melinda is driven by a passion for improving patients’ lives. Her journey in pharmacy began at 16, and she has since earned a Master of Science in Biomedical Diagnostics from Arizona State University. Melinda holds leadership positions in esteemed organizations such as the Arizona Pharmacy Association and the Alliance for Pharmacy Compounding, where she is also a fellow. At the national level, she is a tireless advocate for the industry, and in her free time, she works with the non-profit NWB to provide education and resources to underserved communities worldwide.
What advice would you give your younger self?
Believe in yourself and love yourself for who you are. Don’t compare yourself to others or let their opinions define your worth. Instead, focus on your own goals and dreams, and work hard to make them a reality. And remember, no matter what happens, you are enough just as you are!
