A longtime passionate supporter of women’s initiatives, Marla is creating a new movement for women in podcasting. She is the founder of Ossa, a podcast advertising marketplace and tech company consisting of over 1800 podcasts. Ossa’s podcasters span across 11 countries and are of all sizes and genres. Women represent 85% of US HH consumer purchases and advertisers and brands look to connect with this valuable audience. Ossa is on a mission to make podcast advertising more accessible to brands of all sizes while providing a technology and data driven approach to reduce the cost and time it takes to execute and campaigns. Ossa reaches +30 million monthly listeners with a 72% female tune-in.
