These women exemplify what it means to be high-achieving and ambitious on the next level and continue to pour into their communities as they do so.

Jen Rogers the co-owner of Hudson West, a bi-coastal full service publicity and marketing firm. Her strong relationships in digital, print, and broadcast, in particular, enable her to produce consistent top-tier exposure for her clients. Jen’s expertise lies in media relations, brand management and event production. Prior to starting Hudson West in 2012, she worked extensively in daytime television for studios like Telepictures, Sony Pictures Television, and Harpo Productions where honed her skills and built a strong network of media contacts. Jen is based in Scottsdale and serves on the boards of NCJW AZ and the JCRC of Greater Phoenix.

What advice would you give your younger self?

Think about what causes and charities matter to you and start making a difference. You don’t need to wait till you’re “making enough money” for a big donation – donating your time is just as rewarding and appreciated.
