What advice would you give your younger self?

If you don’t ask, the answer is ‘No’. don’t be afraid to ask for help. Ask mentors for guidance, ask family and friends for help if you’re struggling, and ask for growth opportunities or raises if you have worked hard for them. Don’t be afraid to ASK the hard questions.
