Bernadette Pello is the Co-CEO/Founder of Livingstone Schools, CSO of Florida Trade Academy and the CEO of Signature Education Management Services. She is a wife, mother, and a civic minded community leader with a heart for connecting people and businesses. She has a passion for impacting her community by creating educational opportunities for students with unique learning needs, providing training and job opportunities for young adults in the construction trades, automotive, hospitality, customer service and education. Bernadette believes that if you want to grow your business, you impact your community. That is what she and her husband Chris have worked hard to achieve.

What advice would you give your younger self?

If you want to walk on water, you have to get out of the boat. Do not be afraid to try and take some risks.
