Our qualification process ensures the integrity of our mission to cultivate a high level private network of women who are most aligned for partnership, as impactful and empowered female leaders among other women at the same stage in their professional lives.

To qualify, you must be a C-Suite, Senior Executive or Founder/Principal of an organization that meets at least two of the following benchmarks:

• 10 years+ of overall professional experience
• 5 years of demonstrated professional, high impact leadership experience
• 5 years+ in community involvement: leadership, fundraising, development, volunteering
• $500,000++ in net annual revenues, if business owner
• $350,000++ in net annual revenues, if solopreneur
• $3MM++ net worth

The vetting process includes an application review, interview, and approval. All candidates are evaluated based on the benchmarks above along with background, professional accomplishments, plus an ability and interest to contribute to our community. KNOW reserves the right to verify eligibility
