Our selection process ensures that only the most accomplished and impactful female leaders are invited to join.

you must be a senior-level executive at a company that meets at least two of the following benchmarks:

• at least 10 years of professional experience
• at least 3 years of demonstrated leadership experience
• five years or more in community involvement: fundraising, development, volunteering
• a minimum of $350,000 in annual revenues, if business owner
• a minimum of $100,000 in annual revenues, if solopreneur
• a senior executive leadership role within your organization

The City Book vetting process includes an application review, interview, and approval. All candidates are evaluated based on the benchmarks above along with background, professional accomplishments, and an ability to contribute to our community.
