40 OVER 40 Recognition
At KNOW Women, we believe you’re just getting started at FORTY – and – we are on the search to feature forty BIG impact makers, dream chasers, and industry pioneers that are OVER the age of 40.

If you are interested in receiving national recognition for the outstanding work you do as a high-achieving entrepreneur and business leader… and you’re over the age of 40, consider nominating yourself for the 2025 40 OVER 40 recognition.
You may apply if you meet the following criteria:
- Must be 40 years or OVER as of July 1, 2025.
- Must hold a leadership role of importance in their organization.
- Must have made significant achievements in their career.
- Must have had involvement in community service.

Award winners receive recognition globally. Winners will be profiled in the Fall Issue of KNOW Magazine and will receive a certificate + outside media coverage.
THE PROCESS
APPLICATION
Nominations for the 2025 40 OVER 40 recogniton are OPEN! Applications will close on July 1, 2025. *there is no cost for this recognition and you do not have to be a member.
SELECTION
If your application is selected for recognition, you will be notified via email on July 20, 2025. Our editorial team will reach out to collect your collateral for the feature.
RECOGNITION
Your feature, along with the other 39 winners will be published in a special feature section of KNOW Magazine’s fall issue. You will also receive a certificate and badge to display.
