Michelle Bresnahan didn’t realize when she started working nights as a janitor to pay her way through college at the University of Michigan that she would end up Regional Vice President for a multi-billion dollar company.But Michelle is a natural born leader and by 25 she was General Manager of the janitorial company she was working for in Michigan.In 2006, she moved to Phoenix and accepted a position as an Account Executive for Service Link Commercial. Two years later she was made Executive Vice President. In 2011, Service Link was acquired by Allied Universal Janitorial Services. Michelle managed the transition and stayed on as Regional Vice President.Michelle’s hands-on experience allowed her to succeed in what has traditionally been a male dominated field. She now works to pass on her leadership experience to the next generation of women leaders.Michelle is an avid backpacker, world traveler and dog mom to two Rhodesian Ridgebacks.
