Spend your Sunday in a vibey room curated just for you. It’s a chill space filled with snacks, lunch, a dessert and lemonade bar, a DJ spinning your favorite girl anthems, instagrammable photo ops, and major programming around building your community, thriving in your confidence, and setting your career path
So grab your starbies (or dutch) and meet us + 59 fellow girl teens from the ages of 13-17 years old who are on track to build a BIG successful life. The Teen Summit, produced by KNOW Cares, in partnership with Girls Rule Foundation and the Arizona Teen Leadership Academy, is the first of its kind. Why? Because it’s led by teens (that know what it’s like to be where you are right now) and college girls (that know where you’re going)… and a few female leaders (that can help you get there)
We’re talking about unapologetic leadership, being your authentic you, and growing into the leader you’re called to be. Meet us at The Palomar Hotel on April 21st (the day before our annual KNOW Summit) from 9am – 3pm in Phoenix

What's covered with the Teen Summit ticket?
Basically everything. We’ve got tons of snacks, a boxed lunch (vegetarian options available), a dessert bar, and a lemonade bar. *we recommend eating breakfast before arrival
There’s great programming & leadership with internationally known speakers, KNOW Elite members as table faciliators, and college girls set to host your teen.
And of course, we have the photo ops, cute backdrops, all the details covered too!
Are parents allowed to attend?
Nope! Enjoy your day off!
But don’t worry, your teen is safe with us. Upon arrival, she will be checked in and enter into our vibey summit room, where she will stay until 3pm.
What if my teen is under 16?
If your teen is between the ages of 13-15 years old, you’ll need to check her in at our Summit Check In desk on the 3rd floor of the Palomar Hotel. *For safety purposes, we require that an adult picks up and drops off and must check in and out with a Teen Summit volunteer.
What if my teen has a car & will drive herself?
No problem. We recommend valet for ease. Send your teen with $20 and that should cover the daily parking.
A Teen Summit volunteer will be posted at the Valet Entrance (ground level on Washington Street) and at the Cityscape Level Entrance to ensure she finds the elevator to come up to the third floor.
What are the waivers I must sign?
Every parent (or legal guardian) must sign the parent consent and photo liability release waiver, if you agree to allowing us to take photos and use them for future promotion.
What are the arrival / departure details?
The Teen Summit will begin promptly at 10am. Check in opens at 9am and our opening activity starts at 930a. We suggest your teen arrives at 9am so she doesn’t miss anything.
The Teen Summit will end at 3pm. If your teen is under 16 or you’re handling pick up, you’ll need to meet us at the 3rd floor conference rooms to sign her out. Please do not be late. We will be flipping the room to prepare for our VIP events related to our Main KNOW Summit.
